What Is NAIDOC Week & Why Choose Sacred Butterfly Chocolate?
What is NAIDOC Week? Australia's largest celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultures, running July 6-13, 2025. Our native botanical chocolate butterflies honour this milestone with three sacred flavours featuring Australian Davidson Plum, Australian Riberry, and Australian Finger Lime.
Choose Your Sacred Butterfly Journey
🍫 White Chocolate with Ooray (Davidson Plum) - "Queen" Fruit Healing

🍫 Milk Chocolate with Daguba (Riberry) - Traditional "Medicine Berry"
Creamy Belgian milk chocolate enhanced with Daguba (Riberry), a traditional medicine berry prized by Aboriginal communities. What is Riberry? Known for its unique mulled spice wine, Easter & Christmas like flavours and therapeutic qualities, Riberry benefits include traditional healing properties and distinctive taste.
🍫 Dark Chocolate with Gulalung (Finger Lime) - Zesty Lime Caviar Luxury

Processing & Dispatch Time
Express Post Shipping refers to the length of time Australia Post takes to deliver the parcel. It does NOT refer to when the order will be dispatched by Chocolate On Purpose, who will ship the order within 5-business days from the date the order is received depending on stock availability. Our Chocolate Factory operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time we will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. We ship Monday to Wednesday to ensure your chocolate order spends as little time in transit as possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. Australia Post Express Post is used, in order to ensure the product reaches the purchaser in the quickest time frame possible. During these COVID-19 times Australia Post have advised that Express Post is the fastest delivery option.
Australia Post Express Post Guaranteed Delivery is for postcodes in the same Express Post Network (currently due to COVID-19 restrictions Australia Post have suspended this). As Chocolate On Purpose is in regional NSW it is unlikely we are in the same Express Post Network as you, therefore add a business day to the delivery time frames shown on the Australia Post website here: http//auspost.com.au/service-updates/domestic-delivery-updates
The Express Post network delivery guarantee only applies to delivery time frames by Australia Post NOT the time of dispatch by Chocolate On Purpose, who will dispatch within 5-business days and then the Australia Post Express Post delivery time frame applies.
A Packaging & Handling fee will be charged at Checkout, which covers use of bubble-wrap to protect, and travel-ice to maintain integrity of your chocolate, so it arrives to you in the ultimate state of yumminess!
