Build Your Values Based 2025 Election Vote

2-STEPS TO VOTING WITH PURPOSE

Both Steps follow below....

Vote Compass & Build a Ballot don't tell you how to vote. They're about how to make your vote count by speaking your truth through your ballot choices.

1. COMPLETE THE VOTE COMPASS QUIZ HERE

Like many Australians navigating the complexities of our current political landscape, I found this tool invaluable in clarifying where my values, in relation to my Local Federal Candidates & their Political Parties' policies, truly align.

Firstly I took the Vote Compass Quiz 🧭 It takes about 10-minutes and you can complete it here: https://www.abc.net.au/news/vote-compass

My responses placed me as a point on a compass, showing me where I stand on the issues that matter most to our shared future in two key dimensions:
• My views on social issues (from progressive to conservative)
• My economic perspective (from government intervention to free market)

Based on this, the compass then took me through to the Candidates in my local electorate showing me which of them my values align with. I now feel confident about how I will vote on 3rd of May.

I want my vote to be purposeful, and now I feel confident it will be. ✨

The Vote Compass doesn't tell you how to vote – it's about understanding your own values in relation to party policies that will shape our nation.

Then I built my Vote Ballot Choices here...

2. COMPLETE THE BUILD YOUR BALLOT QUIZ HERE

Do it on a computer/laptop if you can, it helps to be able to see the results on a bigger screen 🖥️

Build a Ballot is for you when you’re trying to figure out what all the minor Senate parties are on about, based on how you feel about the issues you really care about.

Then it will email you your how-to-vote card to take into the polling booth with you!

  • This is for YOU, so you have your Senate ballot preferences, based on what you care about, ready for election day! #NoConfusion
  • It’s for your friend from the club who’ll ask ‘is there an election?’ 3 days before the vote.
  • It’s for your colleague who thinks preferencing an independent means wasting their vote (PS. it doesn’t).

In my Wiradyuri Culture, we speak of Waynha (transformation) – the understanding that who we are shifts according to our relationship with our surroundings. Your vote has the power to transform our nation's path.

Are you ready to make an informed choice? Make Your Vote Count by understanding where you stand. I strongly encourage you to take these 2-steps to an informed Vote.

Vote with Purpose 👊
